The tour guide, I believe her name was Jenny, was wonderful. She even got mosy people to sing! We enjoyed every aspect of the tour. We visited places in Salzburg we had not seen and learned things about the film and the actors we did not know. We know it is the company's biggest and most popular tour so they did a wonderful job with it.

This tour showed us a good overview of the city. While others have said the same thing, it is time for your company to act: referring to Mozart in the title is misleading and unnecessary. The tour of the Mozart Museum at the end is pretty lame as well. We really learned very little from the museum other than there are lots of paintings said to be of him that are not Mozart. In addition, the tour is short and easily could be 30 minutes longer with a few short stops added. Since it is in a small van it is difficult to see out and see taller buildings. Taking photos is impossible.

While the mountain areas are beautiful, the second half of the tour to the Lake is really worthless. The lake was not particularly attractive at all. The guide told us about a walk around the lake but that was impossible, both because of its required rigor and the amount of time it would take. In addition, the guide was unhappy when we returned to the bus on time rather than earlier because others had arrived early.

The guide was terrific and the Palace was superb. Being the secret plades made the tour special.

This is not really a :"tour." You go on a boat where a woman speaks in three languages very quickly. It was hard to understand her. Once you get to any of the three islands you are pretty much on your own. Half of the four hours is on the water and half on the islands. Viator participates in the tour but does not run it. Save your money, it is a waste.

Guide was terrific and took us through neighborhoods where people live as well as major attractions. Problem is two fold; 1. we could not go into the Basilica for reasons the guide nor any body else knew. 2. the Palazio now floods at high tide so it can be full of water. Elevated wooden, temporary sidewalks help but it is a major hassle.

This one is awful. The Viator website offers an option for a guide but that option is not available when you get there. There is no Viator person anywhere in the area and all you get is a crummy recording that is not in sync with the driver so you cannot tell that the recording is referring to. One of our headsets did not work and the driver was no help. The amount of information on the recording was minimal. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Tour allowed no time for going through the Museum on our own. Tour should be 30-60 minutes longer. We also were told we could not get food there, but they had a cafeteria.

The tour guide was excellent, knowledgeable and helpful. However, in my opinion she understated the Jewish issue at Dachau and made it sound far more diverse. Yes, it was diverse but Jews were still the primary emphasis after the "Final Solution" was created.
