Fantastic day out. Everything was well organised. Only disappointment was that we did not have time to explore Capri itself as all our time was in Anacapri and the Grotto, which was amazing. All round an excellent tour.

Skip the Line: Ancient Rome and Colosseum Half-Day Walking Tour

Excellent tour. Saw so much of the Colosseum. Guide was very informative although her English was not wonderful. The upgrade to see the lower level and third tier was very worthwhile and a must if you have the chance. Palatine hill was also very interesting. Would highly recommend the tour.

Rome Hop-on Hop-off Double Decker Bus Tour

My Review:

I would not recommend buying a hop-on, hop-off ticket before going to Rome as there are a number of companies dong these tours and you are far better off buying the ticket in Rome on the day. We found that because we had a voucher that needed to be checked and changed into tickets on the bus, we were left standing at the bus stop in a long queue while those people who had purchased their tickets from the vendors at the bus stops were allowed onto the bus straight away. We got very frustrated as the buses for this particular tour only came every 20 minutes, so it was a long wait each time. Many of the other tour group buses were more frequent. The actual tour, however was good and they take you past most sights in Rome with good commentary along the way.

Montparnasse Tower 56th Floor Observation Deck

Excellent views of Paris. Photo taken as we arrived at the top floor, which we could purchase afterwards with ourselves superimposed on picture of Paris. Can go outside upstairs and get a 360 degree view which was fantastic even though the weather wasn't great.

Paris L'Open Hop-On-Hop-Off Tour

Excellent. Quick and easy access to the bus and good commentary. Great for getting from one sight to the other and great to just sit on and rest the legs for a while, while seeing the sights of Paris.
