Very nice tour...especially the early visit to Empire State building and the all day water taxi usage. Definately worth the time and money.

Service was excellent but very expensive. We ordered a mini van for two of us since we had four large pieces of luggage...cost was $143 USD....taxi was 6.50

Bus was great but had to go to central office to pick up sticker (which was near the flyer)...hotel was in Suntec but couldn't get on there. Bus stops were not well marked, bus was great

They gave us the wrong pass...when we went to the zoo the next day we had to pay admission. Bought a five day pass and only used the flyer. Had to go there to pick up pass, they weren't very helpful. Better off buying individual passes
