When we arrived ON TIME at the Airport nobody was waiting for us. After waiting a few minutes we decided to go to theit booth at the airport. Nobody was there. Another competition company called the car company. That company told us that they were not able to pick us up at the Airport because some other guests at a hotel were late and they had to pick up those clients. They reccomended for us to hire a Taxi at the Airport and that they would refund the expenses. I refused and then they said they would send another Shuttle in 40 minutes. After waiting 50 min the Shuttle showed up. I speak perfect Spanish so I always to communicate with them. Imagine for other speaking language person.
Looks that the local Shuttle company is extremely irresponsible enterprise

The shuttle was in time and the transfer went w/o problems. I have used Viator twice and have not had any problems
