Booked on-line prior to leaving UK. All very efficient just a short delay prior to confirmation. Decided to opt for early morning trip as I knew due to 8 hour time change that we would be awake! Also that it can get a bit turbulent in the middle of the day. Picked up by limo from the hotel on time and briefed on safety bits, embarked heli, engine started but problem with an indication. So disembarked and trip cancelled. We were offered either our money back or the same trip that evening. Having looked forward to the trip we said OK to the evening tour. In fact it was definitely the better option than the morning as when we returned from our Canyon picnic the sun was setting and it was dark when we returned to Las Vegas so flying down the strip was really spectacular. Everything was handled extremely well and with courtesy by Sundance including limos to and from the airport twice! Highly recommended and for those who might be apprehensive about flying everything very professional.
