My Review: Fantastic night of cooking and food. THANKYOU to all the chefs for making it such an enjoyable experience and showing us some very simple but wonderful recipes that will be easy to transfer to our home kitchens. Thankyou especially to Alisandro. I haven't tried flipping crepes yet but I am confident I can do it after your tips.

My Review: What a wonderful experience to be able to go out into the Roman countryside and see such spectacular medevial villages. Thankyou Marion for a very informative day of cooking and of course good wine. Thankyou to Fabio for your input to the experience especially as we had no electricity to cook with. The menu you both came up with was excellent.

Rome Hop-on Hop-off Double Decker Bus Tour

My Review: Do not do this one. Because they know they have a captive audience they do not try very hard. Waiting over half an hour or MORE!!! for the bus to leave a stop is not on. There are other hop on buses that would have been much better because they didn't wait to fill a bus before they leave.
