Our guide, Greg, was knowledgeable and friendly, he was at the meeting point on our arrival (and we were 20minutes early). The group size of 16 people was good as we all were able to see and hear what was going on. Administratively all the train and entrance tickets were available as was the inclusive lunch. We found the lunch to be tasty and eating it beside the canal in Versailles was most enjoyable. All in all a well run day that was made all the more enjoyable by the quality of the guide and the smooth organisation.

WHAT A NIGHT !!!!! We chose the premium package and everything about this lived up to our expectations. It was a special night and birthday celebration that we will never forget. The service on board, the entertainment and the food and wine were superb. We would highly recommend this premium package experience to all.
