A wonderful tour of Ireland! And if are lucky enough to have Tim Tim as your guild, all the better for you!!!! He made the journey for us. This trip gives you a wonderful taste of the country--and we cannot wait to return to see more.

Douglas was a great guide...helpful, funny, organized. He really helped make the trip. And the tour itself was terrific. Provided enough to give you a great taste of each town, so I now know where I'd like to return!

Awesome...both the market portion and cooking portion. Small enough to get enough one-on-one time for questions, etc. Enjoyed the chef and his colleages and was so happy to enjoy eating a wonderful meal that I helped cook.

AWESOME...I want more. I now know I want to go back to Naples, so I can take a much longer tour of Pompeii. But for giving me a first time view of the town and volcano, I was very pleased. Our guide and Pompeii guide were both so wonderful--thoughtful, informative, enjoyable.
