Was given the time of pick up from hotel and the driver arrived on time.
The communication from the local tour company, which was used by Viator was very good.
They had my contact number and they sent a text message advising of what time the pick up will be.

Very exciting tour, can be very tiring as you do a lot of walking.
Will advice to wear trainers instead of shoes while doing this tour.
Will not recommend this tour if you have very young children who would be with you.

Was a bit disappointed with this tour. I had done the KL Grand Full Day Tour the day before, and this tour was going to pretty much the same destinations again but at night. Because I was staying in the City Centre in KL, most of the locations were 5-10 minutes walk away.

Is quite far from Kuala Lumpur, about 3 hours drive.

Very good tour to have, the guide provided spoke very good English and was given a decent car to drive me around.
Would advise against booking this on Friday as it is the busiest day in KL.
Would also advise not to book Kuala Lumpur City Highlights Morning Tour, as it is the same.

Will recommend this, if you are looking to get to your hotel from Airport as soon as possible and hassle free.
The Airport is quite far from Kuala Lumpur, I stayed in the city centre and it took 45 mins to get there. If I had caught a taxi it would have been quite expensive.
