My 16 year old daughter and I took the cooking class. This was one of our true highlights of whole trip to Europe. Our day started out by walking to a nearby market where we learned about the different types of Olive Oil and Balsmic Vinegars. As we walked through the market, Chef Giovanni answered all of our questions and carefullly choose the items for our meal.
When we arrived at the cooking school, Chef Giovanni handed us a cookbook to take note as he explained in detail how to prepare each course. The class was interactive and everyone participated in creating each item.
Chef Giovanni was sensitive to diet needs and we made two main dishes, one with meat and one with vegetables.
I highly recoommend this experience for everyone visiting Florence!
