My Review: We were very pleased with our tours of Rome and the hop on and off in Florence, however a little confusing because the bus didn't stop in the center of town anymore, locals were able to help with that info. Our night walk of Rome was very nice, guide Kiarra was amazing! She was knowledgeable. The trip to Florence was comfortable. Due to a back injury my husband had, we were not able to complete our tours and had to cancel some of them, and we missed the Vatican in One Day also. Viator was very helpful and our trip was scheduled with plenty of down time to wonder around the city if we liked. We would recommend Viator and will use them in the future.

My Review: Great trip our guide was very entertaining, I believe his name was Stephan. We knowledgeable and accommodated us with info so that we could sit and enjoy a cup of coffee while the others continued.
