very expensive for a short journey, the hotel was that close to the airport that night flights kept me awake for most of the night

I was picked up at the airport and dropped at my hotel, the driver was pleasant and showed exceptional skill missing the bikes and tuk-tuks that threatened to collide with us

One of the best tours I have done in over 7 months away from home this year. The tour guide, Chris did an excellent job, even providing extra passenger photo stop requests where possible and he's not a bad chef either.

Good tour, needs to be more warning that the sequoias hike is a mile each way dropping about 1500 ft, so going down is OK but you need to be fit for the uphill return. Good tour guide and well planned viewing stops

Did everything it says it would, excellent additional stops @ Muir Beach lookout and above the Golden Gate Bridge

very poor, had to wait 90 minutes for a driver who was willing to go to Downtown Manhattan, then another 90 minutes travel and drop offs before I reached my hotel

The service on National Express is more luxurious than this. I thought it was bad enough that they only had a choice of 3 pick ups in LAX area, meaning I had to get nearly 2 miles with all my baggage. When we got to Las Vegas the hostess informed me that they only stopped @ one hotel but it would only be "A couple of dollars" in a taxi to my hotel. Turned out to be $15 to go a few blocks

The morning was badly organised, I had to walk a fair way to my pick up point, passing a bus stop and a motel on the way. I was told to be at the stop 15 minutes before, even though I was the only pick up outside of the city. The bus turned up at the pickup time of 8:05 dropping me at the tour company's office in the national bus depot at 8:30, where there were no cafe facilities and had to wait another 15 minutes for the driver to turn up. When I queried why I couldn't get picked up at either the bus stop or the Motel, I was told that the company did not pick up at those points. This is a disgraceful method of doing business for a service industry, ignoring the wishes of their paying customers! The only points of interest on the morning tour were Mt Eden and the Antarctic experience. The afternoon on the other hand was excellent, the trip to the zoo was well organised, the harbour sail was great and it was all rounded off with a visit to the Sky tower. The only drawback was there was no drop off at my accomodation
