The bus was clean and there was a bathroom in the back. Our guide only does 2 tours a month, so he was refreshed and happy to talk about the town and tour. We each got personal earphones and could hear him talk even if we were a few feet away or in a church where you had to whisper. Only slight remark was that the staff in the office were not very friendly when I asked to use the facilities or where to get on the bus.
The shop owner and staff were unbelievably knowledgeable about the wine and the pairings that went along with it. The shop is a local gem and the staff were filled with that good ole friendly Italian culture. A few of us stayed after the wine tasting and with a purchased bottle of wine, we were served even more delectable food parings free of charge. I met people from Germany, the Philippines and Australia. I definitely recommend it! One remark: it's a little hard to find...it's directly behind the subway stop towards the back corner of the street.
