Our guide Andrea was excellent in all respects - he was informative and had a wonderful sense of humour which kept us laughing and enjoying our day tour of the Amalfi Coast. Our driver, Gino, was pleasant and we felt safe being in the car with him driving - despite some narrow and always curving streets built on the mountains. We stopped to first do a small tour of the town of Sorrento where Andrea pointed out to us historical places and other important places to know such as where to shop!! We stopped at various places along the coast - in Amalfi, in Positano and even in Ravello - for picture taking, and viewing the beauty of this incredible coastline. We even bought the hottest of chili peppers as well as packages of Italian food garnishes along the way. Andrea, I hope you will read this - Frank and I want you to know that we will never forget the incredible day we had with you and Gino - thank you so much for making our day a truly memorable experience.

Our driver Andrea was beyond excellent! We met him just outside the port in Rome - we were 40 minutes late due to a night of insomnia and he was calm, cool and collected. We had not had a coffee and he stopped at a place frequented by locals that only a local would know of and allowed us the chance to get a much needed coffee which we sipped on, on our way to Rome in the comfort of his car. He got us to Rome just in time for us to join a tour group for the Vatican walking tour. We agreed to meet him where he dropped us off. When our tour ended, we asked the guide to direct us to the spot where we were to meet Andrea - we got lost and ended up walking the streets around St. Peter's for a full hour before we found the meeting place! To our huge relief, Andrea had waited for us the full hour and when he saw us he was still calm, cool and collected. What more can we say to justify the 5-star rating we gladly give to him. Thank you Andrea for making our trip to Rome memorable in more ways than one. You are one nice guy. God bless.

When we arrived in Barcelona, we had not slept for a full night so having a problem free transfer from the airport to take us to the Port was crucial. Unfortunately, we were met with disappointment. When we had completed the usual end of flight procedures and were ready to get into our transfer car, the driver was nowhere to be seen. We attempted to call the company to find out where the driver was - being new to Barcelona it took some attempts to get the right numbers to have our call go through which did happen eventually. The excuse the company gave was that the driver "went to the wrong terminal" which is a very feeble excuse because they had our airline name and flight number and even if they truly did not have the terminal a simple phone call on their part, or asking a simple question by the driver to an airport attendant would have given the driver the right terminal. What honest driver would wait for close to a full hour in the "wrong terminal" and not wonder why his customers had not shown up? Not only did we wait a full hour before this driver finally showed up, it cost my husband long distance charges to contact the company to see where the driver was. The icing on the cake of this entire horrible transfer experience was that when the driver finally showed up and gave the excuse of going to the wrong terminal and I pointed out that he had the airline name and flight number and could have easily checked it, he said NOTHING. Sadly, he did not even uttter the words "I am sorry".
