Ran late but operator was able to provide an ETA when I called. The suitcases were not securely packed and moved behind the head of passengers in the last set of seats. Neets a security barrier/net to prevent hitting passengers when stacked floor to ceiling. Driver polite.

Absolutely excellent dining. It was rumoured shut down but it is open with fine service and excellent cuisine. Have the Kulibiake!

I'd give thils 10 stars! Isaac is a true renaissance man and so very accommodating. He ensured veggies were happy and gave above and beyond in knowledge of history and local customs and traditions. Food and treat samples included were great. Well worth the money and a worthwhile tip is in order!

Airport representatives were very professional and just had to look for the red jacket to find the shuttle counter. The Driver was not as professional and was unkempt.

Good blue badge guide and driver. Note one must find own way back to hotel, no return, was a surprise however figured out the tube and landed safely back in the city.

This was a memorable day; the stops were quite historic but rushed. However, I was left by blue badge guide Kevin at Bath (2hrs away from London proper) unlike other guides who search for lost or ill passengers! I was able to recover my items but quite the scare. Note: another blue badge guide David provided rescue.

This was an excellent trip with guide Vincent who was fantastic! I would suggest this offer be extended via Thalis train in the future.

An excellent all encompassing day trip and lunch at Tour Eiffel. Our guide Amie was also attentive and excellent.

A very good personal and cozy good day but rushed. The new Mercedes vans work well with larger windows. Spanish and English guide, she was excellent.

Exceedingly knowledgeable and organized guide whose English was very good. She was also quite personable. It was unfortunate that Chambord was not available due to a national holiday, but we were told prior to departure via bus announcement we could rearrange. However visited Blois instead. Lunch at Chenonceau was quite good but extra. Most enjoyed Cheverny as it is modern and inhabited.

Pass did not allow VIP access. The CN Tower in Toronto has it beat. The souvenir shop staff were rude and tired of serving tourists frankly.

Good connections; need toilet provisions either at the office or on the bus.
