I found the tour very impersonal. When I got on the bus, I was just handed a pair of cheap ear phones. My ear phones did not even work properly but there was no one to ask to replace them. It was only on the bus that I found out the my ticket was valid for 48 hours and not 24. Although, this might seem like an advantage. I was just glad that I was able to get off the but after approx one hour. As there was a local cycle race on at the time, the bus was diverted from its usual route and in effect the attractions that were described were not what we were driving pass. This was no explained at all. Very poor tour. Only do this tour if you want to pass an hour or if you need a break from the busy shops,

Excellent tour. Very efficient and well worth the value. Would definitely do this trip again.
