Small group was fantastic. We drove down some country lanes that a big coach could not posssibly enter. Loved Lacock and was excited to see some of the buildings from the mini series Pride and Prejudice. Bath was a beautiful place, with some great shopping and Stonehenge was just amazing. Our bus driver Robert was terrific, very friendly and obliging. A full but enjoyable day out of London.

A full tour of 50 people and it was the first bus tour to Highclere Castle aka Downtown Abbey for 2013. It was terrific to see some of the rooms used in the series, but photo are not allowed indoors as it is a family home. In fact the current Lord and Lady Canarvon were present and very charming. Oxford was a lovely town and the visit to Christ Church College very interesting with lots of connections to literature, including Alice in Wonderland and the Narnia series, and the dining room was the model for Hogwarts' dining room. A very busy and long day out.

My sister and I enjoyed an elegant afternoon tea at this hotel on Park Lane. The service was terrific and the food plentiful and delicious, in fact we had our sandwich plate refilled! I contacted the hotel direct to book a specific time as it was Easter Sunday and I was concerned about turning up at anytime beteween 2 and 6 as stated on voucher and not having a seat. A lovely way to spend Easter Sunday away from home!

This tour had an early start, but the operator sent a taxi to take us to St Pancreas station. Immigration and customs at the station was a bit chaotic and time consuming, but the train ride was fine. Note: to purchase snacks from the dining carriage took ages! I thought my sister had disappeared off the train. Had been to Paris before, so stayed with group to go to Eiffel Tower, then we were on the hop on hop off bus. Spent time at Eiffel Tower, did the whole bus loop and spent time shopping at Galleries La Fayette, just amazing! Had a lovely lunch at Angelina's tea rooms. Tour guide organised a meeting point for all of us to meet and return to Paris station together. A long day and a late return into London. Plenty of taxis available just outside the station for transfers to London hotels.

Only another couple with my sister and I for a shared transfer. It was very convenient as we arrived at Heathrow at 5:30 am after the long haul flight from Australia. Driver was there holding our name card, and the van was parked very close to the exit. Worth the money.

Alex, the guide was very informative, entertaining and well organised. It is a long day and traffic in China is chaotic. Many times I thought we would be sanwiched between a truck and another bus, only the skill of the driver got us through unscathed. Lunch would have been fine, except traffic meant we were delayed and therefore most food only warm. Walk to see panda in zoo quite hilly and pace set by local guide fast. Local market very interesting with scorpions, pieces of crocodile, live snakes etc on offer. It was a place of stark contrasts and tour gives a glimps of modern China

Great night out at Happy Valley. Not into horse racing at all, but had fun having a bet and enjoyed a very good buffet dinner. Nice mix of people and had a great table in the Members right at the window and just a step out to the grandstand viewing area. Quite a long walk to paddock and winning post, which you can do with the guide to watch one race, midway through the evening. My sister has knee problems so didn't do the walk. We won some money and for a simple win and place bet no need to fill in a form, but there are people to assist with more complex betting.

Arrived from Australia in the evening and decided on private transfer. We were met in the arrival hall and escorted to pick up area. Opportunity to use bathroom before leaving airport. Hassle free way to go.

We stayed at the Venetian and luckily the shuttle left from Harrahs next door, so it was an easy walk through the carpark. Natasha the hostess was entertaining and snacks and drinks were provided. We stopped for dinner at a big truck stop and bought takeaway Chinese. to eat on the bus.Movie available, but had to purchase headphones. I watched the passing scenery of the desert. Blankets and pillows were available and it did get a bit chilly so I had a blanket. It was very convenient as we were dropped at our hotel door in Anaheim. A lot less hassle than an internal flight from Vegas.

This tour was a refeshing break from the frantic pace of the Strip. Jerry our guide was extremely knowledgable and made an effort to stop at lots points of interest, and even stopped on the side of road so we could see wild burro. The gift shop at the canyon had some beautiful craft from the local community. The picnic lunch was adequate and it was very peaceful sitting on the picnic seats at the ranch house and chatting to Jerry and other tourists. There is some walking involved but individuals can choose to stay at the top and just watch. The walk back is deceptively steep and challenging and I was glad I only went about halfway down the rocky path.
