It was easy to make the reservation for the trip from the hotel back to the airport.
I was picked up a little before the time scheduled, which was great as far as I was concerned. Much rather be picked up early than late.
The driver knew exactly who he was getting and where he was taking me.

The instructions on how to find the SuperShuttle at the airport were not accurate. There wasn't any large orange sign for "Shared Rides" on the center island. The SuperShuttle had a small blue sign near the exits from baggage claim --- not on the center island at all.
Once I found the correct location, however, the representative was friendly and helpful and got me into the correct van.
