Great trip. The guide was brilliant and spoke clearly even though he had to translate into 3 languages. He even played Mozart and Sound of Music CDs in the bus on the way there and back. It was more than we had expected and the stop on the way there at the roadside cafe/petrol station was just what we needed - a wide variety of food, pastries and fruit. A long day and well worth it. A ten out of ten experience. If you only go on one trip in Vienna this should be the one.

After being nearly an hour late due to the new airport failure of the baggage carousel we wondered if our driver would still be there. He was there waiting. What a relief. he took our bags,spoke perfect English and gave us a running commentary of Vienna as we travelled into the city to our hotel. When we arrived we felt we were already orientated, thanks to the chaffeur. We would use this service again. It is about the same cost as a taxi but the chaffeur was a lot more friendly and helpful. The car was clean and spacious and he drove with care.
