In general, we had a good time on the trip but that was largely due to the fact that we were taking it as a family. The time allotted in Bath was somewhat less than we anticipated particularly taking into account it included lunch. Our biggest complaint, however, was the guide. Clearly English wasn't her first language and my older parents had a particularly hard time understanding her. I booked the trip based on an advertised blue badge guide. In the past the blue badge guides have been informative and often wildly entertaining. This was certainly not the case here.

We had a fabulous day on our tour. The scenery was beautiful, the tour well arranged and the guide amusing. We would gladly take another tour through Viator.
