This was a good tour with plenty of time at each site to see what we came for.

We were disappointed that we only visited two wineries when your on line catalog stated 3 to 4 wine tastings.

This tour was a complete disaster for the following reasons:
Not enough tine at the site to see but a few buildings and listen to the choir. This tour needs more than 1-1/2 hours at the site and should be about 4-6 hours at the site in addition to travel time.
The bus left without an entire family of seven people including seniors and a small child. The guide was overidden by the bus driver who would not wait for the family or even stop when we could see them at the other end of the parking lot.
This is a management policy of the Tour Operator and it is completely wrong. The remaining fifteen people on the bus elected to wait for the late family but the employees were adamant that they could not be late and wait any longer for the family.
Although no fault of Viator, I woulfd fire the sub contractor, give a refund to the family who were coldly left behind because of a management rule.
