New York City, New York
Tony our tour guide gave the visit a truly personal touch from someone who had worked at the WTC and witnessed the tragic events first hand. Tony gave you so much more than just a standard, scripted walk-a-round, he gave you some fascinating historical facts from the Wall Street area and other locations as you walked towards the memorial itself. The stop near St Pauls Chapel and the information that Tony departed (I won't spoil it by giving the information here) was quite amazing. Had we not done a tour with a genuine New Yorker we would not have gained hardly any of the information that we received which made the visit really fascinating. Things like the American Express 11 Tears Memorial which is so touching and quite beautiful in its simplicity and the Winter Garden were things that you may not just stumble upon and even if you do, you won't appreciate what they're about. The fast-track tickets for access to the 9/11 memorial itself were also included which made access swift. The pools themselves are a fitting memorial.Highly recommended.
New York City, New York
We felt it made the arrival a little bit easier as we knew we'd got a transfer booked and we could forget about any hassle once we'd got off the flight, other than going to the desk. The driver we had was a really nice guy who tried to give some tips and info as to the layout of Manhattan. We would use this service again.
San Francisco, California
We spent ages trying to decide what would be the best trip to go on, but can say we were totally satisfied with our choice, as this was a really excellent day out. We are not wine experts by any stretch of the imagination but you didn't need to be, although if you are, there are many opportunities to ask questions and get as in depth as you'd like. Our tour guide 'Gordy' was brilliant, informative, witty, friendly, nonstop commentary that could not be faulted. This trip was for us, excellent value for money and a thoroughly great day out and we would heartily recommend this trip, many thanks
Las Vegas, Nevada
Spent ages looking for the what we thought would be the best trip as there were so many choices and we were only in Las Vegas for 3 days so time was at a premium. Can honestly say we could not have picked a better trip. Pickup in the limo was spot on time and the driver was friendly, the helicopter pilot (Tony) was superb and made everyone feel relaxed and involved and managed to give information and struck up a good rapport between the 6 passengers and himself. The early morning departure for us was a great choice, as the heat hasn't at that time got too high and you end up back in Vegas around lunchtime / early afteroon so you still have virtually half a day free to do other stuff and you can still say that you've done the Grand Canyon. I'm sure if you want to spend more time in the canyon there are other trips more suited to this, but this gives you enough of a feel for the place because (and I don't mean this in a bad way) this is just a big hole in the ground and if you are a general tourist wanting to be able to say you've seen the Grand Canyon then you (in my opinion) cannot go wrong by choosing this trip.
