Lovely grounds to walk round, palace tour very informative, Excellent dinner, staff very nice.
Wonderful concert held in the Great Hall. We all enjoyed the evening.

slight problems at reception unable to pick up our tickets as we didn't have our passports with us, spoke to a manager who sorted it out for us., the rest was great, the gondola ride, lunch was lovely, wax works was fun all in all a good trip.
