Tour was organized well and guide did the best she could. The scheduled guide was sick and the replacement was Spanish and had never done the "English" tour. However, she did a great job, had a wonderful personality. We had a great time during the 3 hour free-time in Salzburg. You really only need one day in this city to see the major sites. I highly recommend this trip.

Wow! This was the most fun I've had on a tour. Matt, our guide was fantastic. They teach you how to ride, park, etc and then you go on a historical tour of the city. I have to admit, the best part was riding the Segway. My wife, daughter and I can't stop talking about the fun we had on this tour. If you're even considering it...DO IT!

As advertised, you can come anytime for dinner and your table is waiting. The atmosphere is great and there was a good band playing on the Thursday night in May we arrived. The only criticism is the food is typical American fast food (heavy, salty, etc). The food in Munich is so good, it was sad that they served what they did. Guess it's the "theme" food. However, we had a great time.

We enjoyed the tour of the castles. It was disappointing to see Neuschwanstein's exterior was under repair and thus ruined the view. The tour was good, the bus driver great. The tour guide did not speak much English and catered to the 2 Germans (instead of the 30 English speakers) and would not always translate what she said in German to English. We all gave up on her early in the tour but still had a good time. I recommend this tour but not the guide.

Everything promised was delivered. Our guide was the best, she really made the castles come alive. Chenonceu was definitely the best of the 3 but you should see them all. Great trip and excellent food for lunch. I will do the Normandy trip next.
