Shuttle bus was dirty inside, arrived on time but then driven by a mad man to LAX. Would not book this transfer again. did use the limo transfer from LA to San Pedro port which was great.

The tour was very good when we had the tour guide Victoria, but in the morning the men telling us about San Francisco was awful. Another poing to note, this tour does not go near to Walt Disney Family Museum, the first guide was really nasty about this and said it must be a mistake on the website and to take it up with Viator which I will do.
