Never did we believe how much fun we would have shopping, chopping, cooking and eating! Our experience was by far the highlight of our week in Barcelona. Laia, our chef, informed us of the regional dishes. Our menu was perfect for the weather (summer time ..hot and humid) and

A definite must in Rome. We avoided all lines and got a wonderful tour. Pay close attention to the directions for the meeting place. The area is huge and getting to specific places takes time.

There is no other way to pack so much sightseeing into a day. What an efficient well thought out itinerary! We saw it all ..Amalfi, Positano, Pompeii but we also came away with an appreciation of the culture. Thank you Guiliano, Max and Guitano!
