Being disabled it would have been useful to pick up at hotels(we would be prepared to pay you rarher than two taxi fares) Also, being slow walking, TIME for basic needs was not enough. You can't have a coffee, see inside the cathedral and (ladies) queue for the loo in 15 mins - impossible - so you have to decide what to do without. Some items of organisation would be better done before the trip by staff rather than at the venues eg allocation of tickets for Last Supper painting to avoid certain 'pushy' patrons akways being first if they can manage it!

We had some difficulty in understanding clearly what the guide was telling us consequently we were unsure of some procedures.
Again TIME at refreshment stops was short.
15 minutes to go to the rest room (long time for the ladies - queues) have a coffee and/or ice cream is nowhere hear enough. Shorten time in St Moritz if necessary to give relaxed breaks.
