Rating far below the normal score for Tour Asia. The reason being that they turned up at the hotel 2 hours earlier than my schedule specified! Apparently they thought the later time would not allow for enough time to get me to the airport, fine but nobody told me! Being awakened at 7.15am to be told my transport had arived was a bit of a shock. Mai pen rai, as they say. After a quick chat to the driver all was good again, he agreed to give me time to shower and get ready and off we went. Arriving at the airport, I might add a good three hours before my flight was due to leave!

Again the driver was early and didn't mind waiting as i was not quite ready to leave. As always great service.

No problems even though I arrived during the flooding. The driver was great and even though the drive took over an hour longer than normal due to the traffic he kept smiling.

Driver on time and waiting as promised, very helpful. Booking price is cheaper than airport taxis. Had a visit from a Rep' to discuss trips if required, no pressure and very informative. Booked return to airport. Again on time and with no problems. Will use again on next trip.

Driver was early which was a good thing as during the floods the raods out of the city were very busy. Took me right to the correct departure entrance for my airline.
I would not use another company for my transfers. Very reliable.

My plane from koh Samui was a half hour late on arrival but the representative was still wailting to take me to the car.
