Very pleased with Viator, must of used them at least 5 times in last few years, never disapointed. If your going to Universal studios then i would strongly suggest you go with front of the line pass. It is well worth it and you will be treated like royalty. Ex. the Transfomers ride had a one hour wait time (and it wasen't high season yet) we ended up getting in within 2 min....good luck! KZ.

Very well done tour, hotel was nice and service top notch. However, the tour company never advised us that we needed to bring pants for the hotel dining room. i had to spend 20 minutes with hotel manager discussing this issue since all we brought with us were shorts. Other than that i would certainly recommend this tour for those interested.
