The driver threw our luggage into the van and crushed the carry-on bags under large check in bags. He drove irratically and braked harshly on the highway such that we almost flew through the windscreen

Excellent amount of space for everyone to see the whales and 6 whale breaches sighted on our tour. The whales are very close to the boat and the staff efficient and knowledgeable.

The food was excellent in quality and portion size on the cruise and luau. The entertainment at the luau was phenomenal, the fire dancer was amazingly talented. The cocktails at both events were outstanding in variety and taste. Would definitely recommend

To see a live volcano up close is awe-inspiring and the guide was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. The museum and the lava tube are the highlights.
