I love the Viator tour in Warsaw so I decided to buy this Viator tour in Rome. But it is a disappointment. The guide was nice and tried to do her best. But she was exhausted and her English is difficult to understand.

It is very easy to find the office at the airport but the management needs to be improved. The lady asked me to wait until 16.45 for the pickup at the front of the office. Actually she wrote the time to be back on the paper. However, at 16.15 I noticed that a group of people gathered in front of the office and it turned out that the driver was ready to pick everyone up. If I had showed up at 16.45, I would have missed the bus! The driver was not professional. He did not know where many hotels were located and spent a lot of time driving around until he finally asked a taxi driver about the location of many hotels. Will not recomend anyone I know to use this service.

The guide is excellent and arrived on time to pick me up at the hotel. He spoke English fluently and provided useful info about places we visited. Very impressive.
