My Review: Terrible! The guy, Ally, showed up over one hour late. The Security and doorman at the Renaissance St. Pancras were appalled and embarrassed that we were treated so poorly. The driver then proceeded to make another stop at a private home without telling us and said he needed to pick up a client when we arrived at the home. He stayed in the home 10 minutes came out and said the client was not ready so he left.
We doubted that there was any client and that he was there for personal reasons.
