My Review: We were so impressed that our contact Memdough from South Sinai Travels was waiting for us at the gate. He helped us through immigration and looked after all our needs. We were very nervous about the political situation in Egypt, but he reassured us and we felt completely safe when he was with us. In the interest of time, he arranged for us to be taken straight to Giza. We are grateful for the high quality of service that we received.

My Review: Memdough from South Sinai Travels and Joseph our driver picked us up from the airport in a large, air-conditioned van. Our guide Hanan was waiting for us in Giza. The Pyramids were absolutely thrilling. Hanan explained the history and gave us fascinating details.

Private Walking Tour: National Archaeological Museum

My Review: We were unable to see the National Archeological Museum because of the strike. However, the supplier arranged for our guide to take us to the New Acropolis Museum which was amazing! Even though transporation was disrupted, Vicki made a heroic effort to get to our hotel so that we could take the tour. Her expertise in archeology makes her an exceptional guide. We truly bonded with her. She will be a life-long friend of our family. We are so grateful to them for making our trip to Greece memorable even though the city was practically shut down due to the strike. They are amazing!

My Review: We cannot thank the supplier enough for their exceptional service to us in Athens. We landed the day before the general strike and were told that the Acropolis might be closed the day of our tour. Despina arranged for our guide Vicki to meet us in our hotel within an hour that day so that we could see the Acropolis the day before our scheduled tour. Vicki is an excellent guide with a deep and thorough knowledge of the subject. We absolutely loved her! We would have been extremely disappointed if we missed seeing the Acropolis. Despina and Vicki made it possible. Despina went out of her way to check on us during the following days to make sure we were okay.

My Review: Project Napoli Services was waiting for us at Naples Airport. We liked our driver Antonio Bacchetta from the moment we saw him. He was friendly and gave us insightful descriptions of the beautiful sights along the Amalfi coast. We called Project Napoli and requested his services for the rest of our trip. He was wonderful!

My Review: We are deeply grateful to Enzo for flexibility in tailoring the tour to meet our needs. They were willing to meet us in Positano instead of the usual pick-up in Naples. They added Pompeii to our itinerary and provided our driver from a previous tour, Antonio Bacchetta to us at our request. Antonio is so friendly and accommodating. We felt he was part of our family! He gave us wonderful tips on making our trip memorable and was an excellent guide and patiently explained things to us. Thank you Antonio for making our trip unforgettable!

My Review: Viator and Project Napoli Services provided exceptional services to us during our visit to the Amalfi coast. We were very lucky to have Antonio Bacchetta as our driver for all our tours during our five-day stay. We want to also thank our excellent guide Sabrina in Pompeii.
