This is fabulous trip and worth every penny. It's four hours in total from pick up by limousine to drop off at the hotel. You get a great view of the Hoover Dam, the Las Vegas Strip and of course the Grand Canyon. The helicopter teams organisation is very professional and polite. Our pilot was very knowledgeable and entertaining too. He landed on the banks of the Colorado River deep in the Grand Canyon where we had a a brief walkabout whist the pilot prepared our champagne picnic. Viewing this breathtaking scenery from a modern comfortable helicopter makes for a "once in a lifetime" journey to see the Grand Canyon, one of the seven wonders of the world!

An excellent trip ... although not quite eye to eye with the Statue of Liberty ... you are much higher!. But nevertheless, even on a grey overcast day you get a great view and tour of Manhattan from along the Husdon River including Ellis Island and of course the lady herself, the Statue of Liberty. One point I would like to make, is that organisation by reception staff is very poor. We were left standing outside in the rain for over an hour after our suggested arrival time. We could see there were no flights taking place due to low cloud and many were rescheduling flights for a later date ... so worth noting if you are only there for fours days as we were, book this flight for your first or second day .. just i case weather delays your flight. As this was my partner Jean's dream flight, we waited three hours, once we got a dry seat inside the cramped reception and were eventually rewarded with a fabulous flight with a talented and knowledgeable pilot. So our advice would be to book early, be prepared to be delayed for a few hours if the weather is bad and take an umbrella because you may be left outside in the rain ... this was the only downer, coupled with a reception staff that were not very welcoming.

You can't beat this tour! It was awesome ... as the Americans would say. If it's a landmark worth seeing in New York you want to see, then this is the tour to take. The tour guide was the most knowledgable man I have ever heard on any tour. He knew the answers to everyone's questions, he knew everything about New York and he stays with the group all the way, even as you alight to take pictures at selected points along the route. A riverboat trip is included with this tour which takes you under the Brooklyn Bridge, turns around then travels up the Hudson River along Manhattan before coming alongside the Statue of Liberty giving everyone ample time to take photo's. Here too was another knowledgeable tour guide with a whacky sense of humour ... great fun! You have time to get yourself a bite to eat whilst down on the pier before the bus returns to collect you for the final stage of the tour. The bus itself was confortable and we had a great view both sides from the windows, however, the bus stops at all the major sightseeing sites to enable you to take photo's. To summarise ... this tour was definitely worth every penny, (and I'm a Yorkshireman) ... much better than the hop on hop off bus!
