Tour guides was prompt and organized. The only negative--we wish he'd used a microphone with earphones so that we could hear him and keep up with him. One person monopolized him with questions and it turned into a personalized tour just for her, which meant less information shared with the remaining paying customers.

Excellent tour and tour guide. It was such a busy site and the tour guide was able to get us inside the museum quickly. She was extremely knowledgable.

Great tour of the city. The only negative is that the drivers drive so fast that we were not able to take pictures of the many sites. The drivers were not driving at the same pace as the pre-recorded tour guide and we were often looking for something that we'd not not come to or had just passed.
