There are several hop-on hop off bus companies working in Rome (about 8). Unfortunetaly Viator works with the worst one. The cars and the audio are in bad condition and we have waited 40 minutes for a bus, while others companies just kept on coming. It is not worth to reserve a ticket, just buy it on the spot.
