1. Tour guide did not have any sign and almost did not find me in the hotel lobby
2. The lunch time is over an hour and we ended up sitting for an hour just waiting for a bus and doing nothing. I would suggest to pick a lunch place in a more tourist friendly area with gift shops!

It is OK transfer but super expensive. You are better off contacting hotel to have a cab meet you. They do that for 400Bhat ($1 = 30Bt) right now!

this was boring... floating market is only super busy and active during the high season; the guide will tell you not to eat anything there besides something deeply fried. Prices are the same as in Bangkok if not higher for gifts. The boat ride was OK. Rose Garden portion of the tour was limited to some dance presentation (very rustic quality) and elephant show with very basic tricks and scary looking metal hooks to keep animals in line. I felt bad for the elephants. We also stepped by some gift shop and a place where Buddism was introduced to Thailand... Not much to see but a good stop on the way. I would not recommend this to a friend.

This was a nice tour given by a small local tour company. You do not get too much time at each town but if you do not have more than a day to spend on Tuscany, this is a great overview where you might want to come back. We had a fantastic British tour guide - Becky, extra water was sold on the bus to help us deal with the summer weather.

Beware that there is not clear sign at the meeting place, the lady will eventually show up and lead you through the town. The tour was nice but the guide had interrupted herself several times to let visitors of the church (not on our tour) know that camera flash should be used. I appreciate her passion about her city's treasures but her work dedication should probably come first. There are church attendants to take care of other things. Otherwise, it was a rather comprehesive tour of Florence.

If you failed to order these tickets directly from museum in advance, this is a great way to pay a bit extra and still get into the museum during your visit to Florence.
