We enjoyed the trip down the Mississippi however the food was not the greatest. Before you had a chance to finish and go back they were already taking down the stations.

This was great. The food and the history that went with it was superb. We were given the recipes that were cooked and the samples were large portions. You could also go back for seconds.

What a great trip. Our driver was wonderful. He kept up a running commentary of what we were seeing along the route. The plantation was nice and the pralines were the best

The captain was so funny. The alligators and turtles were in abundance and came right up to the boat.
