Sonny met us at our hotel at the established time. he explained what were were going to be doing and that we would be traveling by car for over an hour to reach Malacca. Upon reaching Malacca Sonny expressed concern thta due to the 4th of june being a holiday it would be very crowded. After finding a parking place we set out with Sonny leading us through many temples and pointing out various types of architectural buildings (Dutch, British, etc.) other places of interest. Upon reaching the center of Melacca we began visiting old buildings and museums. However, due to the heat , high humidity and needing to climb many steps we needed to slow and rest. My wife also becam ill and sonny found a tri-cart to ride her to the restuarant while he and i continued the tour and met her at the restuarant. We visited with Sonny who answered our many questions during the drive to and from Melacca as well as during the tour. Would have been more enjoyable on a non-holiday with lower humidity and temperatures.

Due to the school holiday and preparation for the King's Birthday on June 4th the roads were very crowded, but Rajah provided a good tour with stops to get out and take pictures. Hee is very proud of Malaysia and it was evident in his comments and commentary throughout the tour.
