Travel is my passion and I will always use most of my holidays to travel somewhere in the world. I'm originally from Spain but have lived in the UK for over 5 years. As the weather here is not great, most of my trips are to sunny places! I have been on quite a few Viator tours, and will continue to do so, as it's a great way of seeing the world. Some of my latest trips include Lisbon, Athens, Dubrovnik, LA, Vegas and San Diego. And planning on going to Barcelona, Madrid and Istanbul soon.

This tour was a great oportunity to get to know more about Turkish cuisine and try a few things out. We were taken to a few hidden spots where there were mainly locals, which we really enjoyed. We also had some Turkish coffee and the typical liquor, raki. The live music was great too, very authentic!

Good value for money and great option to see some of the monuments from the bus and do a couple of stops on the way. Taxis in Istanbul are a bit of a nightmare, so a good option to avoid them!

I really enjoyed this tour, which was the perfect introduction to Istanbul, including all the top attractions which can´t be missed! I was really impressed by the Blue Mosque, it was probably my favourite. And Topkapi Palace and the Hagia Sophia were also definitely worth seeing. The guide was really knowledgable and made the tour and explanations very interesting. We were in a very small group, which was great as it almost felt private! Really recommend this tour!

I really enjoyed this trip, it was absolutely amazing! Our guide was great, he was very knowledgeable and at the same time very nice and entertaining. After Istanbul, we loved being out in the nature and doing an easy hike in the Rose Valley. The natural formations we saw on this trip were absolutely amazing! We loved the fairy chimneys, the underground cities and the Goreme open air museum. Also really enjoyed being in a small group. I would definitely recommend this tour!

I did the afternoon tour, and really enjoyed it. I was a bit sceptical before starting the tour as I am not the type of person to go on a coach tour, but decided to give it a try, and I am glad I did! We saw some of the main landmarks in Lisbon in half a day, and also went in some of them and got the guided tour of the interior. The guide was very knowledgeable and made it very interesting. The coach was very comfortable. On the whole a very worthwhile tour. They even pick you up from your hotel without extra cost providing you contact them and arrange this.

I really enjoyed this experience, it was so much fun! We chose the route to Belem, and it was great! It was really easy to drive, and was really convenient being able to park it almost anywhere, visit the place, and then back on the gocar. It was my first time on a gocar, and would definitely try it again in another city next time!

Great way to see this charming city, being able to stop on the main spots, and even at the beach. The visit to the caves was very interesting and informative, great to know more about the varieties of wines produced in Porto, with a tasting of 2 types of wines. The boat trip can't be missed, it's the best way to see Porto's 7 bridges. Definitely recommend it!

I absolutely loved my first sidecar experience! I was enjoying it so much I couldn't stop smiling during most of the journey. It was a great way of visiting Lisbon, as we could easily stop anywhere on the way to take pictures and continue the trip. Daniel was very accommodating and took us to the spots we still hadn't been to in Lisbon, and offered us a few alternatives of places where we could stop. He also gave us great recommendations of restaurants, bars and other spots to visit during the rest of our stay in Lisbon. If you've never been on a sidecar, it's definitely worth trying! We felt like rock stars driving along Lisbon with everybody staring at us, I'm sure wishing they were us!

When the guide told us that Sintra was the most visited place in Portugal outside Lisbon and we got there, I completely understood why! The Pena Palace in Sintra is impressive, definitely can't miss it! It's architecture is extraordinary, a combination of many different styles and colours, which make it like a dream castle. The guide was very friendly and pleasing, and took us to the best spots for pictures. The afternoon was also very nice, with some free time at the beach in Cascais. I really enjoyed this tour, definitely recommend it!

I have to admit I was a bit doubtful of going to watch a fado in Portugal, and wasn't sure of what to expect. But I was very pleasantly surprised and absolutely loved the experience! The food was very tasty, traditional Portuguese cuisine, very nicely cooked. The atmosphere in the restaurant was enchanting, and there seemed to be quite a few locals there, which is always a good sign. And the Fado performances were very passionate and moving. The two guitar players were great as well. It was a very enjoyable evening, felt very tempted to repeating it the following day!

This tour was a great way to discover a part of Portugal which is a bit hidden to tourists, and it's more for locals. I really enjoyed seeing the nature through Arrabida's Natural Park, and the couple of stops we did at 3 beaches. One was surrounded by amazing cliffs and the other one in Sesimbra, a charming village where we had amazing grilled sardines at a local restaurant. Great views all along the trip! I also really enjoyed the visit to a winery and the wine tasting, very well worth it!

I absolutely loved the Alhambra! It is well worth going on a guided visit as there is so much to see that we would have defintely got lost and missed part of it. Also a big plus was that we didn´t have to queue for the tickets, and some people inside the Alhambra told us they had been queueing for over a couple of hours. We also heard that in high season you may not even be able to get a ticket even after queueing, so we were very glad we booked online beforehand!
As for the hamam, we really enjoyed the experience. It was great relaxing in the hamam after the morning in the Alhambra, which we loved but we were pretty tired after it. The atmosphere at the hamam was really nice and inspiring, and it was really clean. Also the massage was very plessant. I had been to a really nice hamam in Istanbul two months ago, which was very famous, but I preferred this one much better! Definitely recommend it!

I absolutely loved this experience, and is definitely on my top 2 together with the helicopter ride to the Grand Canyon! If you go to Turkey, you can´t miss a balloon ride in Cappadocia. It was amazing being suspended in the air on the balloon, and felt so peaceful and like being on a dream. The views from the balloon were incredible, being able to see the amazing rock formations, the beautiful sceneries and the other hundreds of balloons in the air. Definitely recommend it!

When the guide told us that Montserrat is the most visited place outside Barcelona and we got there, I understood why. The views from Montserrat are breath-taking, and the sceneries are amazing. I really enjoyed the free time when we walked a bit up the mountain. The basilica is really worth visiting as well, and really enjoyed the children´s choir, even if it was very busy.

If you are into chocolote, this is the dream tour! I really enjoyed this tour, and would definitely recommend it! We went to all the top places where they produce great quality chocolate and you can buy it as well, and did quite a few tastings of all sorts of chocolates I had never tried before. The guide was really friendly and knowledable as well, and gave us great recommendations in each of the places.

I loved the boat experience in Algarve, definitely the best and most relaxing way to see the south coast of Portugal. We loved the boat, which was like a pirate boat and looked much more authentic than the rest of the touristy big boats we saw in the area. The views of the coast were amazing, and we made some stops along the way to take pictures of some amazing cliffs and caves. We also had some time to swim in the crystalline waters, and was a great chance for us to get a beautiful suntan! Definitely recommend it!

I hadn't been on a scotter for a while, and decided to try and give it a go in Barcelona, which was the best idea I could have ever had! I absolutely loved this tour! It was only two of us plus the guide, which was great. My friend didn't feel very confortable with driving a scooter, but that wasn't a problem at all. The guide drove her on his scooter and I had the other scooter to myself. Before starting the tour, our guide explained to us the itinerary we had booked, and offered us if we wanted to add or change anything to it, and gave us some suggestions based on the places we still hadn't had the time to visit. So we had the chance to see part of the coast including the port, go to Tibidabo which had amazing views, and it's quite far away and not that well connected if you want to go by public transport, and Montjuic, which we also really enjoyed! I had so much fun on this tour that I'm now consering buying a scooter!

This tour was a great introduction to the Old Town of San Diego! We tried a few local specialties which were very tasty, and we really enjoyed the fact that we were in 4 different local restaurants in one evening, and trying different typical food and drinks. We also loved that it felt like being in Mexico for the evening, but without having to travel there and feeling very safe! I would really recommend it!

I really enjoyed this tour, the sites are amazing. Specially the Acropolis, you really can't miss it. It was very convenient because we were picked up at the hotel and taken to the main sites by coach. The entrance to the Acropolis was included, so we didn't have to queue to get the ticket. Awesome! I absolutely loved this tour! I had never gone on a helicopter before, and it was probably one of the best experiences - if not the best - in my life! The pilot was great, the views were amazing, and the champagne breakfast was very nice as well. We loved it so much we decided to go on a night helicopter tour over the strip as well a few days later, which was great as well! I would really recommend this, you really can't miss this experience!

We really enjoyed Universal Studios, it was great seeing all the setups from various films, and all the special effects that they use, they seems so real! The attractions were really good fun as well. I definitely reccomend the Front of the Line pass, it saved as so much time. Even in January, where we weren't expecting such long queues, in some of the places the queues were pretty long! We wouldn't have been able to see everything if it wasn't for the Front of Line pass. You save so much time by avoiding the lineups, you can see everything in 1 day. I definitely recommend it!

I really enjoyed this tour. It's a great introduction to the town, including the main highlights of the old town. The weather in Dubrovnik was amazing, and the sceneries were very beautiful. Most of the old town is a pedestrian area, so doing a walking tour is the way to see it! Our guide was very knowledgeable, and made it very interesting. We were also very lucky that we were in a small group so it seemed like a private tour. I would definitely recommend it!

I absolutely loved the Making of Harry Potter tour, it was amazing! I have to admit I wasn't too sure of what to expect, as I do like Harry Potter, but I am not the typical fan who's watched all the films a few times. Even so, I really enjoyed it, and it was great seeing many of the places that appear on the films. My favourites were Diagon Alley, the Great Hall and Hogwarts. I would definitely recommend this tour!

I really enjoyed this tour and would definitely recommend it! I've been living in London for over 3 years and still found this bike tour really interesting. The guide was very knowledgeable and informative and we learned about London history in a very entertaining way. We saw some of the best spots in London along the river Thames, including the Tower Bridge, Big Ben, London Eye, St Paul's Cathedral, etc. And loved having lunch at Borough Market, great food! Definitely a must if you'd like to see London in a different way!

I really enjoyed being out on the sea, it was an amazing experience! We were able to see the shore and see the main highlights of Barcelona coastline, which looked great from the sea. It was only four of us plus the skipper on the boat, which was great as we could enjoy the peace and quiet of the sea, and gave me an incredible feeling of freedom, just what I needed! The skipper was really nice and showed us the basics of sailing as well, and we could all try steering the boat and tried our sailor's skills! I am already looking forward to go sailing again on my next trip.

This tour was the perfect introduction to Rome. As the city is quite big, it is impossible to cover the whole area on foot in one day, but it is possible to do this by bike. I really enjoyed the fact that it was only 12 of us, which made it much more personal than being with a big group. The guide was very nice, and really covered all the main spots from Rome, including the Coloseum, Fontana di Trevi and the Pantheon. Would definitely recommend it!

This trip was my second time to Rome, but on my first visit I had visited the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's Basilica without a guide, and this time I decide I wanted to get more insight into it. The previous time I had to wait for 3 hours of queue to get in, which I remember it was aweful. So this time I decided to go for the skip the line option, which was really worth it! Our guide had been working as a guide for 16 years and was really knowledgeable, and managed to avoid parts of the crowds. I took the upgrade option of 8.10 in the morning, and altough it's still quite busy, it was definitely less busy than when I was there my first time. It was only 10 of us on the group, which was great, because we didn't waste any time having to wait for the rest of the group. I would definitely recommend to go for this option to skip the line, well worth it!

It was an amazing experience to be in La Pedrera in the evening, when it's closed to the general public. It was only 5 of us in the group, so it felt really private and exclusive. It felt like we were sneaking in the house a hundred years ago, when the people were still living there, and we were spying on them. The best part for me was the upstairs terrace. As it was already dark, the terrace was illuminated and it looked amazing! And again, being only 5 people on the group, it was an amazing feeling being there without the normal crowds. And I also really enjoyed the champagne in the courtyard at the end of the visit. Would definitely recommend it!

This tour was a great introduction to Barcelona, and would recommend to do it on your first day. It goes to all the main highlights of Barcelona, including Sagrada Familia, La Pedrera and Park Guell. It was great to be able to skip the line at both Sagrada Familia and La Pedrera, as the queues were pretty long. The guide was very knowledgeable, and I really enjoyed being in a small group, as it felt much more personalised. I would really recommend it, specially if you don't have that much time in Barcelona.

I had never been to a Flamenco show before, and it was amazing! We chose the option of dinner and show, and would definitely recommend to go for this option. The dinner is buffet, and it has many different dishes to choose from, very typical from Spain, including paella and Spanish cured ham. And we had sangria during dinner as well. Then we went into the show area, which was like a proper tablao. There were different parts within the performance, from the Spanish gipsy ladies dancing and signing with really colourful and beautiful dresses, to gypsy men dancing very energetically as well. And also the Spanish guitar was great. The whole experience was amazing, would definitely recommend it specially if you have never been to a flamenco performance before.

I really enjoyed this tour, and would definitely do it again! It wasn't only a tapas tour, it was also a walking tour of the Gothic Quarter and la Boqueria market, which was great as I still hadn't had the chance to be there. The market was amazing, and had lots of different foods of all kinds. I really liked the tapas, they were really tasty. In one of the stops we had Basque pintxos, which were very good, an on another stop we had traditional tapas which we all shared. The guide was really nice and made the tour really interesting, also talking to us a bit about Spanish culture. Would really recommend it!

This tour was incredible. The best way to see Santa Monica and Venice Beach! The weather was very nice, even if it was February! Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and took a few really nice pictures of us. The bikes were great, I loved being able to pedal when I felt like and also being able to accelerate as if it was a scooter when it was a bit more hilly, or to gain a bit more speed. We got a chance to see everything we wanted to see, including the Venice canals, which were amazing. It was so relaxing, I would definitely do it again, and would recommend it to anyone!

I really enjoyed the stand-up comedy night, it was really good fun! There were 3 different comedians and the three of them were really funny, specially 2 of them. Even if I am Spanish, and the comedy was in English, I understood most of it, and couldn't stop laughing! Would really recommend it!

I had never been on a limousine before, and absolutely loved it! The driver was waiting for us after baggage claim and took care of the luggage for us. He was really nice, and kindly took a few pictures of us with the limousine when we asked him. The limousing was awesome, and we really enjoyed the night view of Vegas, specially the strip, all illuminated. I would really recommend this experience, it's the way to start your trip in Vegas!
