This tour was the worst I've ever been on.

First the guide rushed us through Villa d'Este (house and garden which is on a steep hill), although he kept saying we have plenty of time. I was with my aunt who has difficulty walking and was made to feel cumbersome.

Then the guide mentioned that we we going to Hadrian's Villa as if it was an additional tour and discouraged everyone by saying how steep the path was up to the villa and how there's nothing much to see at the top and it was much better to stay at the gardens.

Out of the 20 people there only five ended up doing the Hadrian's Villa tour even though we had all paid for the price of the ticket to Hadrian's Villa.

I went to Hadrian's Villa and discovered it wasn't that steep and there was plenty to see at the top. But my aunt and uncle who had really looking forward to it missed out because they were discouraged after being rushed through Villa D'Este and were exhausted. That said everyone else that didn't come on the tour was able bodied and missed out too.

I doubled checked Viator and they said this tour was disability friendly. Apartently the guide didn't know this information. Nor that Hadrian's Villa is mentioned as part of te tour.

Austria was lovely, but the Lake District was simply breathtaking! Definitely a must see on everyone's bucket list.

I know everyone says it, but it really was the highlight of my trip. It's absolutely stunning! I love the fact that we hiked, caught the train and then did a boat ride in order to make our way around all five towns. Definitely a great day out!

I enjoyed seeing London from a Harry Potter perspective. The boat ride down the Thames was the highlight for me.
