My Review: Guide was excellent. First half of tour went very smoothly. 2nd half - different story/ However, we did not get the beefeater tour at the tower of london. They wasted 1/2 hour because of an audible alarm on bus (rather than fixing during lunch) and another 3/4 hour because of mixup in our tickets into Tower of London (guide was short 2 tickets). Guide and bus left before tour was over. Dissapointing. Would request a partial refund..
