What a fantastic trip!
We booked online and the communication was great. We had to confirm when we arrived in Vegas which our hotel did for us.
We were picked up very promptly and our limo driver was very professional.
When we arrived we were weighed in a subtle manner and paid our taxes - we knew about this before we went - read the small print!!
We watched the safety video and were introduced to our pilot who was brilliant. We felt in very safe hands. The ride itself was amazing - we saw some amazing views and the pilot gave us an excellent commentary too.
The champagne lunch at the bottom of the canyon was delicious and we were provided with lots of soft drinks too as it was so hot.
We also swapped seats to give others a chance in the front.
It was a once-in-a-liftime trip and everyone was outstanding. We have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.
It was professionally organised, we felt thoroughly safe and would definitely use them both again.
