Very good guide gave us a nice look at the major sites of MIlan including La Scala, the Duomo,the Galleria shopping arcade, Castello Sforzesco and Santa Maria della Grazie where the Last Supper is located. Portions of the tour are accessed by coach and others by foot. Our tour was part in English, part in German and the guide was able to shift seamlessly back and forth. Good experience!

A long but terrific day. The scenery is fabulous and our driver/guide did a very good job of informing and entertaining us. We splurged on the helicopter ride at the 12 Apostles; what a thrill. Worth every cent.

Had to wait almost 45 minutes for the driver and there was no signage to confirm we were in the right spot. There are cheaper and more effcient ways to get into Sydney, had we done more research. Do not use this service (Sunspot) they have more capable competition

The tour was very informative and sobering. Our guide was excellent. The use of the headsets was a plus, allowing a large group to hear the guide at all times. Poor communication from Viator or thier local rep on meeting point,,,why not send an email to folks as part of the confirmation telling them where to go for pick up, rather than forcing customers to make a (long distance) call to the local operator?
