Due to rough weather, this tour was rescheduled three times. When we finally went out, the water was so bad they cut the tour short. The Captain felt bad and issued everyone a full refund. I can't blame them for that. The crew was extremely helpful to those who suffered from sea sickness. When I am back in Boston I will use them again and try to see my whales! :-)

The bus ride from our hotel to Xcaret was quick and professional. This is a nice day trip thing to do. All of the wildlife that is available for viewing is pretty amazing - especially the large sea turtles. The food/drinks are excellent and the access to a variety of beaches is ample.

Edwin was our tour guide and he was excellent! Very informative and funny too! I LOVED these ruins and only wish I could see more! HIGHLY recommend this. The cenote on the way home was a tourist trap and seemed dirty, the food at the lunch was just OK. The ruins are the attraction!

I highly recommend this tour! Our guide was Jason and he was very knowledgeable on the history of the dam and all of the surrounding area. Not only was he informative, but funny too! Our bus was comfortable and the lunch was good. Another great tout!

One of my favorite tours! Our guide was VERY knowledgeable and she also had a great sense of humor. Having the earphones made it so nice so you didn't have to strain to hear. She was always trying to find shady spots to stop and talk (we went at the start of July). This tour is a MUST do!!!

Seeing David made this trip worthwhile, but honestly, I loved the Colosseum and Vatican tours much better. It seemed like the rest of this tour was just fluff. I would have rather of taken the train to Florence on my own and seen David. This was the only tour that didn't really get us ahead of waiting in any lines. Most definitely my least favorite. The lunch that was included was pretty pathetic and our tour guide, well, she didn't seem to have much passion for the tour like the other guides did.

Our guide "Vinny" was SO very knowledgeable and passionate about the Vatican and all the artwork inside! Wow did he know his stuff! Also, he was very funny and entertaining at the same time. This tour, along with the Colosseum is a MUST DO in Rome! You will NOT be disappointed! The ear pieces make this a great tour, no straining to hear your guide!
