History of Wall Street very interesting, pointing out a lot you otherwise would not have seen. Not so sure about the financial crisis parts - perhaps interesting for those without a finance background but my husband and myself found that angle simplistic and a little cringeworthy at times.

Unfortunately something had got lost and they had us down for a small group tour instead of the private tour we had paid for. The tour guide was very helpful, speaking to her office and offering us the ability to reschedule or to join the small group tour and get a refund. As we were leaving Paris that night, we took the small group tour option. It was great - there were only 14 of us in the group, the guide (a Canadian girl living in Paris) was interesting and full of information about the tower and Paris, and we saved a lot of time not being in the public queue. The tour was a great way to make a visit to the Eiffel Tower more than just queuing up and looking at the view from the top. Despite the mix up, it was well worth it, and the day after we were home the refund had been sorted out. If you do book this tour, however, I would recommend reconfirming with the Paris office that they have you listed for a private tour, and not a group tour.

We had a small group of only the three of us and 4 boys from the US. Caroline, our guide, was extremely knowledgeable and took us on a great tour of the highlights of the Louvre, including a lot about the building itself which is as interesting as the artworks contained in it. We did the evening tour, so it was fairly quiet and we did a lot of walking but saw a lot of things and learnt a lot about the artworks, the building and French history. Highly recommended.

A fabulously fun tour. Our 8 year old loved it, and we, as adults, also really enjoyed seeing the little bits of London that appeared in the Harry Potter movies which you would otherwise never have picked. Unfortunately, Kings Cross Station (Platform 9 3/4) is now being renovated so you won't get to see that on your tour any more, however the rest of the tour is still very much worthwhile, and the guide, Michael, was great as a general source of information about London also. Very much recommended if you have little Harry Potter fans with you.

Fun tour - lots to see and do, a small group that meant it felt personal and you were not just one of a crowd, and a tour guide who looked after us very well.
