There are different companies in Amsterdam offering this bus service. The one we bought from Viator was the worst one. It does not meet the announced schedule. The audio support does not function.

I do not recommend this trip to families with children. The bus driver was so rude to my son, so we had a discussion at the beginning of the trip. There was no audio support. The guide was talking in 3 different languages, you had to listen to all. We had a lunch stop at Delft. The guide recommended a restaurant that was not serving well. We waited 70 minutes for lunch and had to eat it in 10 minutes.
