we arrived at 6.20am after 19hr flight being told there would be someone there to greet us, looked around nobody there also other passanger same flight waiting. We had to wait for their office to open to be told to come back in 30mins. then had to wait for other people to book transfers to fill mini bus, ended up on bus around 8.30 am 2 hrs after we arrived.
