My Review: I called to check in and was told it was cancelled. So, I'm waiting for the refund. A better business practice would be for the company to notify me that the trip was cancelled and that my payment has been refunded.

My Review: The check in did not go smoothly as I was unable to find anyone in the office and received no return email. The tour itself was good. The guide was interesting. I've recommended it to others. I was not signed up for the bus but was given a ride on the spot, which I appreciated. A good experience.
