Naples Shore Excursion: Naples City Hop-on Hop-off Tour

My Review:

Pretty standard hop on/hop off bus tour. I wish one of the routes had a stop closer to the main train station. Another issue I had was that their best route didn't even operate on weekdays. Buses in Naples will move really slow due to the heavy traffic congestion, but you can't really blame the tour company for that.

My Review:

Great tour! We ended up with a private guide and driver. Our guide was brand new to the profession and was a little timid, but she was very friendly and informative. We were driven around in a Mercedes van after getting picked from our cruise ship. My wife and I like to move quickly and our guide was more than happy to oblige. Similar shore excursions through the cruise company would have cost hundreds more. Definitely worth the money.

Rome Hop-on Hop-off Double Decker Bus Tour

My Review:

If I was able to give this tour zero stars I would. The drivers on this tour were very unprofessional. I almost missed the cruise ship as one driver decided to hang out at each stop to take a break. It's no wonder these buses weren't running on time. At one stop he took a 25 minute break while he ran into a perfumeria to buy gifts. Really?!
